What is Early College?
The Early College High School Model is a dynamic program that allows students to take college-level courses and earn college credit while still in high school. Unlike "Dual Enrollment" the goal of the Early College model is to more effectively prepare students for the rigors of higher education and reduce the eventual cost of college tuition. The South Shore Early College is dedicated to using this educational model to improve student equity and access to college and career opportunities, through curated academic pathways and robust partnerships.

Mission
To innovatively transform traditional education into a comprehensive K-16 model built on dynamic post-secondary opportunities and an inclusive culture of college and career readiness.
Vision
We believe that every student deserves a personalized education that prepares them for success in college, career, and life, and we are committed to eliminating the systematic barriers that have historically prevented certain groups of students from realizing their full academic potential.
